PD: 39-year-old man fatally shot, crashed vehicle into pole in Over-the-Rhine

A 39-year-old man is dead after he was shot in Over-the-Rhine early Sunday morning, Cincinnati police said.

The shooting happened in the 100 block of E Clifton Avenue just after 7 a.m.

Police said officers found Andrew Boner, 39, shot in a vehicle that crash into a utility pole.

A WCPO crew could see a white sedan crashed into a utility pole, as well as possible damage to other parked cars along the street.

Boner was pronounced dead at the scene, CPD said.

Police have not said if they have any suspects or if anyone is in custody for the shooting.
