this is how the USA takes care of their seniors and iam writing Biden again next seeking foreign assistance since USA is not competent enough to take care of seniors! I advise those seniors in NYC to go global ask for foreign assistance because USA is too busy giving billions to many different foreign countries to take care of its seniors; all it takes is guts and letters !
