Montgomery man arrested with thousands of images of children being assaulted

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas, June 11, 2024 – According to Cosntable Ryan Gable, on Tuesday, Montgomery County Constable Pct. 3 Investigations Division, with assistance from the Houston Metro Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce, the Huntsville Police Department, the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, and the Walker County District Attorney’s Office, executed a residential search warrant in Huntsville, Texas.

The search warrant stemmed from the Montgomery County PCT 3 ICAC Detective’s proactive investigation related to the offense of promotion and distribution of child pornography in The Woodlands. The investigation revealed that Gary Wayne Sutton was associated with promoting and possessing thousands of images depicting sexual assault of children. Sutton was charged with five counts of promotion and distribution of said pictures in Montgomery County. He was transported to the Montgomery County jail and is currently being held on a $500,000 bond.

My thoughts are that this is my brother,and he has been accused and that is all so far,don't say he is guilty without a trial.He ia a great brother and until personally talk to.him I'm not judging.ill know more after my visit this weekend
