Constables arrest woman for driving while intoxicated

HOUSTON, August 29, 2024 – According to Constable Mark Herman's Office, deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 20100 block of Saddle Ranch Drive. The driver, identified as Evelin Guevara, exhibited multiple signs of intoxication.

Following a series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, it was determined that Guevara was intoxicated. She was subsequently arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Her bond was set at $100 out of County Court 5.

Guevara has since bonded out, and her next court date is set for September 5, 2024. This is her first offense in Harris County.
