    Convicted Felon Arrested, Narcotics Seized, and Multiple Incidents Handled by Pct. 4 today

    HARRIS COUNTY, TX – Here is a recap of incidents from September 24, 2024, involving Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Deputies.

    According to Constable Mark Herman, Deputies responded to the 19800 block of Kenswick Drive regarding a suspicious male. Upon their arrival, the male fled on foot into a nearby pond but was apprehended after a brief pursuit. The suspect, identified as Jordan Darby, a convicted felon, was found to be in possession of a loaded firearm and marijuana. Darby was arrested and charged with Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Evading Arrest. His total bond had not been set at the time.

    In another incident, Deputy Thomas conducted a traffic stop in the 7000 block of FM 1960 Road West. The adult female driver was found to be in possession of narcotics and a firearm. She was taken into custody, though her name and charges had not been released.

    Additionally, Constable Deputies investigated a report of two small toddlers walking alone in the 19500 block of Merrillwood Drive. No further details were available at the time.

    Deputies also investigated a major vehicle crash that occurred at the intersection of Timber Forest Drive and Madera Run. Information regarding injuries or further developments was not immediately available.

    Lastly, deputies responded to the Kendall Manor Apartments in the 21700 block of Inverness Forest Blvd, where a light fixture caught fire. No injuries were reported, and the Ponderosa Fire Department was en route to assist.

    Mr. Darby is probably out and holding up a convenience store right now. Then he'll head over to where his baby momma stay to make another child for the tax payers to support. And the beat goes on.
