    League City woman charged after "threatening to come to station and kill officers"

    HOUSTON, TX – According to Case No. 253075201010-002 filed in Harris County Criminal Court at Law No. 6, League City resident, Daniella Leigh Dupree was arrested on September 23, 2024, and charged with misdemeanor telephone harassment. Dupree is accused of unlawfully making an abusive and harassing call to a 9-1-1 operator, during which she allegedly threatened to come to the station and kill officers despite no emergency situation.

    The court documents do not mention which station she threatend. However, Dupree's arrest occurred around 8:43 p.m. on Monday by the Houston Police Department. Her first court appearance is scheduled for October 1, 2024. She is currently out on a $100 bond.
