Missing Missouri teens since June through September 18, 2024: latest resolved and new cases

According to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), 1,297 children have been reported missing in the United States since January 1, 2024, a drop since the figure of 1,467 previously reported on September 4, 2024. That drop implies 170 cases were resolved.

    Missouri's missing children

While some children run away, not all missing children are runaways. Missouri law also defines any runaway as a missing child. (§ 43.400, RSMo 2023.)

I’ve been reporting on missing children since June 2024. While they are teenagers, they are still children. Several of those children no longer have posters on the NCMEC website, so it's possible their cases were resolved since their posters were removed.

Below are updated lists according to the NCMEC website for June through August 2024, and an added list for September 2024 as of today. Click on the names to view their pictures from that website.

The good news is that some missing children previously shared for June, July, and August 2024, no longer have a missing child poster on the NCMEC website. This means their cases were resolved or their picture posters were removed.

These 2 children are still listed as missing since June 2024:

    1. Jewely Clark, age 16, has been missing from Fulton, Missouri since June 7, 2024.

    2. Matthew Harvey, age 15, has been missing from Republic, Missouri since June 24, 2024.

These 2 children are still listed as missing since July 2024:

    1. Isaiah One Patrick Coats, age 15, has been missing from Bloomsdale, Missouri since July 6, 2024.

    2. Breal Boykin, age 17, has been missing from St. Charles, Missouri since July 22, 2024.

These 8 children have been missing since August 2024

    1. Caitlyn Horn, 17, has been missing from Lee’s Summit, Missouri since August 3, 2024.

    2. Sincerri Phillips, age 15, has been missing from Florissant, Missouri since August 6, 2024.

    3. Micah Samuel Corbett, age 16, has been missing from Rolla, Missouri since August 12, 2024.

    4. Daycen Lee Morrison, age 16, has been missing from Columbia, Missouri since August 19, 2024.

    5. Christopher Williams, age 17, has been missing from Columbia, Missouri since August 19, 2024.

    6. Winter Virginia Rains, age 17, has been missing from Kansas City, Missouri since August 23, 2024.

    7. Brandon Shemere Richardson, age 15, has been missing from St. Louis, Missouri since August 24, 2024. (This is a newly added name for August.)

    8. Luciana Chavez, age 19, has been missing from Harrisburg, Missouri since August 30, 2024. (This is a newly added name for August.)

These 5 children were reported missing in September 2024:

    1. Zachariah Braman, age 17, has been missing from Greenville, Missouri since September 5, 2024.

    2. Karma Massey, age 17, has been missing from Springfield, Missouri since September 10, 2024.

    3. Micah Jones-Gunn, age 15, has been missing from Blue Springs, Missouri since September 12, 2024.

    4. Chelbe Alexander, age 18, has been missing from Bridgeton, Missouri since September 12, 2024.

    5. Timothy Sales, age 16, has been missing from Nevada, Missouri since September 15, 2024.

Previously listed names for June through August 2024 not included in the above means their posters are no longer on the NCMEC website indicating those cases were either resolved or posters were removed.

The NCMEC is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation that helps to locate missing children. This organization works with families and law enforcement. It's extremely helpful when people share this information. This organization also helps to prevent abductions, recover missing children, and to help shut down child sexual exploitation.

Regional offices are in New York, Texas, and Florida. The NCMEC has a 24-hour Call Center: 1-800-843-5678. NCMEC is a phenomenal resource. This remarkable organization accepts donations.

    Thanks for reading and sharing!

Look at the dates. And look at the ages. Someone somewhere is taking our babies… I pray all of your children are found safe and they return or you at least find the bodies and are able to have a funeral and find closure🧡🧡

My sincere prayers that all of those children can be found and returned to their families. That’s terribly tragic that there are so many. My heart goes out to them. Hope a miracle can help them return home safely!
