Claiborne Parish students make Centenary College Spring 2024 Dean’s List
SHREVEPORT, LA (June 12, 2024) – A total of 225 Centenary students have been named to the Dean’s List for Spring 2024. The honor list names all students who have achieved a grade point average of 3.5 or higher in 12 or more semester hours taken for a letter grade during the fall semester. Those students who have opted out of publicly sharing their private information are not listed. Students on the Centenary Spring 2024 Dean’s List are listed by their home countries/states and cities.

Former Caddo educator facing prosecution lands new job in neighboring school district
HOMER, Louisiana (KTBS) — A former Caddo Schools principal pending prosecution for felony theft has landed a new job with a neighboring school district. The Claiborne Parish School District on Monday introduced Marco French as the elementary instructional supervisor. The social media post describes French as an “accomplished educator and community leader” and ran down his list of academic accomplishments.
