Sila Services purchases Gary & Sons

King of Prussia-based Sila Services, a leading home services platform, recently purchased Falls Creek-based Gary & Sons, a heating and cooling company.

The purchase is part of Sila Services’ expansion strategy. The company operates more than 30 brands in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest. Founded in the early 1900s, the company offers electrical, HVAC, indoor air quality, plumbing, and water treatment services to residential and commercial customers.

Gary & Sons operates prominently in Cameron, Clarion, Clearfield, Elk, and Jefferson counties. Founded in 1978 by Gary Walborn, the company has been recognized for its commitment to excellent customer service and creating an exceptional work environment for its employees.
