Clark Library to Host Indian Music Event

CLARK, NJ — The Clark Public Library will host “ Move to the Music, Bollywood Style with Enjoy Explore India ” in the Ayers Room on Thursday, July 18, at 7 p.m.

Indian music and dance are becoming increasingly integral parts of mainstream culture through the influence of Bollywood cinema. The event will celebrate this unique cultural blend, showcasing the connection between American and Indian popular culture.

Attendees will have the opportunity to dance to the beats of Bollywood music and immerse themselves in the lively and colorful world of Indian dance.

The organization running the event, Enjoy Explore India (EEI) , offers innovative hands-on education and enrichment programs focused on sharing India’s culture and traditions. Through EEI, participants can celebrate India's past and present culture, creating a deeper connection and mutual appreciation.

To hear the music of Bollywood, you can register for the event here . Registration is open until the start of the event at 7 p.m. Several spaces are still available.
