Reactions to Governor Gavin Newsom’s July 25th orders to clear homeless camps covered a range from defiance in Los Angeles to promises of fines and jail time for homeless campers in Fresno. Grizzlies expect battle with Raiders
In a final preparation for the start of the season, Granite Bay’s varsity football team traveled to Elk Grove Friday night to face the Thundering Herd. A season ago Elk Grove won six games and made the Division II playoffs where they suffered a mild upset loss in the first round to Vacaville. The Grizzlies opened the season a year ago with a 27-13 win over Elk Grove, so they know what they bring to the table.
