ELIZABETHTOWN, N.C. (WECT) - The NCDMV License Plate Agency in Elizabethtown is closing at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23. Per the N.C. Department of Transportation, the closure is due to staffing issues. Other offices are open Tuesday afternoon in Lumberton, Whiteville and Fayetteville. You can make appointments online.
