4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe

Here is a cookie from my childhood that Mom always had in the cookie jar.

Peanut butter cookies were an easy favorite, and we just loved helping her make them they were super easy.

We had many lessons on baking and cooking growing up and I find that simplicity is best sometimes, as these were one of the easiest baking lessons ever!

The cookies are simply rolled into balls and pressed dough with fork tines to make a criss-cross on top.

Of course, you can skip that step and just use a sugar-bottom-dipped glass.

This was a staple in or home growing up and my favorite way to eat them was spreading the bottom with grape jelly or Nutella!
