    Best Marinade for Chicken Wings:

    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1/4 cup of olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
    • 1 teaspoon dried basil
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
    • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
    • zest and juice of 1 lemon
    • salt and black pepper to taste ( if you are a HOT SAUCE lover add a pinch or more of cayenne pepper for a spicy wing!)
    • 2 pounds of chicken wings
    • Marinade wings in a zip lock bag overnight or for at least 4 hours

Simple Directions for Outdoor or Indoor Grilling:

    • Note: Chicken Wings are cooked at 165 internal temperature so ideally you should invest in an instant-read thermometer to ensure they're cooked inside.
    • Drain the marinade.
    • Heat the outdoor or indoor grill first.
    • Place the wings on the oil-sprayed grates.
    • Outdoor or Indoor Grilling: heat to 400 degrees on the grill ( remember to spray the grates with cooking oil spray so the wings don't stick.) Grill on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Usually, these take around 25 to 30 minutes to cook turning once.
