Seafood Delight: Shrimp & Crab Cakes

    2024-08-08

This recipe is one of our favorites and we made these with a combination of baby shrimp and imitation crab meat ( you can also use canned lump crab meat).

These patties are very flavorful with all the delicious seasoning for any seafood lover that melds together perfectly into patties.

Sauteed in a mixture of butter and olive oil, they are made in less than 30 minutes.

Serve these up with fresh lemon wedges, tartar sauce, or our favorite a drizzle of hot sauce.

    2. Melt the butter and add the oil on medium heat in a large frying pan.
    3. Note: these need to brown on both sides until golden brown reduce heat if they start to get overly browned. Add more oil if needed.
    4. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces. We prefer hot sauce.
