    These Chicken Wings Baked are easy and super crispy and are a great alternative for fried with the best flavor.

    If you're looking for a healthier version of making chicken wings, this one is a great place to start. The wings are easy to make and they have fewer calories than fried ones. We have made them this way for years and after baking these taste terrific plain or with whatever condiment you want to serve them is your choice.

    Shopping List:

    • 2 1/2 pounds chicken wings (if using frozen thaw ice remove and dry off with paper towels)
    • In a large bowl add:
    • 3 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
    • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
    • 2 cloves of minced garlic
    • pinch of black pepper and cayenne pepper
    • Toss wings to coat, and cover with plastic wrap for at least three hours or overnight.

    Directions:

    1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
    2. Remove from the marinade.
    3. Place the wings on a parchment-lined deep baking sheet in a 400-degree hot oven then spray them with cooking oil.
    4. Bake turning often till crispy.
    5. I cooked them for around 1 hour and 30 minutes.
    6. After the wings are completely cooked and crispy looking, immediately brush with the dipping sauce you prefer or they taste great just the way they are!
    7. Note: these can still be fried or grilled however these wings are delicious in flavor no matter which way you decide to prepare an cook them.
