Of course, you can change them back to the most popular muffin on the planet which is blueberry, but these are a wonderful change bursting with ripe fresh strawberries and will keep summer alive all year long. All made from wholesome scratch ingredients, the smell will have you in great anticipation for the wait to bite into one.

Shopping List:

• 3 cups flour
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
• 1 1/4 cups milk
• 2 extra-large eggs, lightly beaten
• 2 sticks unsalted butter, melted (1 cup)
• 2 cups fresh strawberries chopped
• 1 1/2 cups sugar

Directions:

1. Prepare a muffin tin with paper liners
2. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
3. In a large bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon together.
4. Mix to combine.
5. In a clean bowl mix the milk, eggs, and melted butter.
6. In the flour mixture make a well in the center pour the wet mixture into the well, and stir until just combined. Don't overmix the matter.
7. Fold in the strawberries and sugar and stir gently to combine.
8. Fill the muffin cups and bake for 25 minutes or until the centers spring back to the touch,
