    Baked Chicken Fingers: Easy, Healthy, and Delicious

    The prices at fast food are off the charts, and chicken nuggets, fingers, and strips are among the most popular items on the menu. These chicken strips are super easy to make, and they can be fried if you prefer; however, we made them healthy by baking them. There is no pressed meat in these delicious chicken bites or strips, just boneless chicken that will feed a family much more economically.

    Serve them up with your favorite dipping sauce or each of them on top of a garden salad, these are sure to put a smile on any chicken lover's face!

    Shopping List:

    • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves strips, or bite-size pieces
    • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
    • 1 1/4 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs regular or panko style
    • Optional: sprinkle each piece with granulated garlic powder, Italian herb seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste
    • Serve with honey mustard, ranch, blue cheese, hot sauce, or another dipping sauce you prefer

    Directions:

    1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. Dip the pieces of chicken into butter then roll in breadcrumbs.
    3. Place on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
    4. Bake for 10 minutes then turn and bake for 10 more minutes.
    5. Serve with dipping sauce of choice.
