    A Secret Marinade for the Juiciest Chicken Recipe

    This flavorful marinade will transform your chicken into the juiciest tender meat grilled, pan-fried, or baked. This is perfect for topping salads, in sandwiches, topping for pasta or rice, and super easy to make. All cooking methods are in the instructions below.

    Shopping List:

    • 1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
    • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
    • 1/4 cup lemon juice
    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • 3 cloves garlic cloves, minced
    • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
    • 1 teaspoon dried oregano and 1 teaspoon paprika
    • 1/2 cup fresh Italian parsley, roughly chopped
    • salt, and pepper to taste
    • 2 pounds of skinless boneless chicken breast sliced and pounded into cutlet around 1/2 inch thick
    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • Optional: sprinkle with paprika smoked on top before cooking

    Directions:

    1. Whisk all the ingredients then place the chicken in the mixture into a ziplock bag to marinate for 4 hours or overnight.
    2. Drain off most of the liquid and choose a cooking method.
    3. Pan fry saute on both sides for 6 minutes in butter, grill for around 11 minutes at 450 degrees, or bake brushed with olive oil at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165 degrees in the thickest part of internal temperature.

    Serving Suggestions:

    • Shred and make chicken salad
    • Top salads
    • Serve on top of rice or pasta
    • Serve in a hard roll dressed with lettuce, tomato, crispy bacon and condiment of choice
