Do it yourself! This all-purpose seasoning blend is the perfect blend of salt and spices for so many uses! I love making a homemade blend, it has exactly what we like in it and is adaptable. If you have an ingredient in the list, just omit it if you don't like it and add a different one in the same quantity of spice. This is made in minutes and great on salads, and seafood, and enhances the flavor of dips and all kinds of meats. These are all easy-to-find spices and blended will bring plain to gourmet with a wonderful bold delicious flavor that will be your new favorite jar in your pantry cupboard collection.

Seasoning Shopping List:

• 4 tablespoons kosher salt
• 4 tablespoons Italian herbs dried (parsley, basil, oregano)
• 4 tablespoons smoked paprika
• 2 tablespoons black pepper
• 2tablespoon garlic powder
• 2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons onion powder
• 4 teaspoons ground cumin
• Optional: for spicy add 1/2 teaspoon or more to taste of cayenne pepper

Directions:

In a mason jar or bowl add all the above ingredients. Shake to combine evenly. Store in a cool dry place covered. This will stay fresh for up to 5 months.
