    Lemon Pie Squares

This is a great old-fashioned pie with a big bold taste. We made ours in a square pan to cut into squares to make an easier finger food dessert for convenience. These are perfect any time of the day and with those citrusy delicious flavors, we have the best. We used an 8 x 8 greased square pan, a store-bought crust to fit and poured this luscious easy filling into the crust and baked.
