Notice is given that the following permit was issued on July 18, 2024: to: Cathedral Oaks Parkway, LLC, 414 Old Hard Rd., Suite 502, Fleming Island, FL 32003-3411, permit #204289-2 The project is located in Clay County, Section 33, Township 5 South, Range 26 East. The permit authorizes construction and operation of a Stormwater Management System for a 7.5acre project known as Cathedral Oaks Commercial as per plans received by the District on March 13, 2024. The receiving water body is Clay Branch. A person whose substantial interests are or may be affected has the right to request an administrative hearing by filing a written petition with the St. Johns River Water Management District (District).
