Excelsior Springs man pleads not guilty to kidnapping, rape, murder charges
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - An Excelsior Springs man accused of kidnapping, rape and murder after one of his victims escaped has pleaded not guilty. On Friday, July 12, Clay County, Missouri, District Court records indicate that Timothy Haslett, 43, the Excelsior Springs man accused of kidnap, rape and murder, pleaded not guilty during an arraignment hearing. The case has been continued to 9 a.m. on Sept. 10.
