Playing The Lottery Without Paying Results In A Middlesboro Arrest
A woman has found herself in trouble with the law after Middlesboro Lt Detective Barry Cowan charged her for theft. 35-year-old Rindy Flanary of Middlesboro was employed at Lee's Food Mart on North 25th Street. During her employment, Flanary was accused by the business of taking $11,546.00 worth of lottery tickets. She played the tickets without paying for them and subsequently lost.
