According to Case No. 181643301010-3 filed in Harris County District Court, Kyle Avery Jackson has been charged with capital murder. The complaint alleges that on or about February 3, 2020, Jackson unlawfully and intentionally caused the death of Anthony Marroquin during the commission of burglary and robbery.
