CLEARFIELD COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — Authorities in Clearfield County say a Brockport man is behind bars, accused of forcing himself onto a woman inside her DuBois area home. According to the affidavit, DuBois police say 50-year-old Andrew Peters allegedly admitted to being "sexually aggressive" towards the victim, with whom he had a previous relationship with.
CLEARFIELD COUNTY MAN DUE FOR SENTENCING ON RAPE CHARGES TODAY
A Clearfield County man is scheduled to be sentenced today for multiple charges of rape. Court documents show that 64-year-old Manas J. Lee of Westover will go before Judge Michael Clark for his hearing. In February of this year, Lee pleaded guilty to six counts of rape and one count of sexual intercourse with an animal for incidents that happened over a 24-year-span starting in 2000. Six other charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child were not prosecuted as part of the plea deal on February 2nd.

CLEARFIELD COUNTY MAN TO SERVE 20-50 YEARS IN STATE PRISON FOR SEX-RELATED CRIMES
A Clearfield County man was ordered to serve time in state prison for sex-related crimes. In Indiana County Court this morning, 64-year-old Manas Lee of Westover was convicted on six counts of rape and one count of sexual intercourse with an animal. The charges are for multiple incidents that reportedly happened between 2000 and 2015. Lee was ordered to serve a total of 20 to 50 years in state prison for his guilty plea, while six counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of a minor were not prosecuted. He was also deemed a sexually violent predator, meaning that If he is released from prison, he must register as a sexually violent predator for the rest of his life.
