Perky Pup Coffee Co. making their rounds in Clearfield

CLEARFIELD COUNTY (WTAJ) – A new coffee trailer is hitting different parking lots around Clearfield and teaming up with local businesses to help promote them.

An idea that started years ago by Stephanie and Jim Tarbay finally came to life a month ago when they started Perky Pup Coffee Co.

A unique name, with a lot of meaning. The name is after their energetic black lab Ruby. They also feature different names of dogs they have had throughout their lives on their menu items as well as a free pup cup every day for dogs who visit the trailer.

“We wanted to honor them and give them a little piece of it too,” co-owner, Stephanie Tarbay said.

The trailer collaborates with local businesses throughout Clearfield and sets up shop in their parking lots for the day.

“Being from Clearfield, and living in Clearfield it’s one of those things that you want to give back to the community that you live in,” Tarbay said.
