Lydia Liu’s resignation leaves an open a seat on the Hopewell Valley Regional Board of Education. Superintendent Rosetta Treece announced the news of Liu’s resignation at the school board meeting on July 15. Liu, who moved out of the community, represented Hopewell Township on the board and won her seat in November 2022.
