December 2023 West Forsyth H.S. Clemmons Rotary Student of the Month: Paige Sidney

CLEMMONS — Paige Sidney was recognized on Jan. 3 as the Rotary Club of Clemmons “Student-of-the-Month” for December 2023.

Sidney is an excellent student with a GPA of 4.38 and is ranked 46 th in a class of 594 students and a member of the National Honor Society. In addition, she scored a 5 on the AP human geography exam where only 16 percent of the 220,000 that take the exam score a 5 .

She is also involved in other school-related activities including captain of the 2023-24 girls golf team and has played on the team all four years and qualified for NCHSAA Class 4-A state championship 2023. In addition, she volunteers to tutor fellow students in class subjects she is proficient in.

Outside of school, Sidney works at Chick-fil-A on weekends and has been involved with the First Tee Organization as player coach for four years. In golf, she won the Tarheel Youth Golf Association Tournament of Champions in 2021 in Hilton Head.

Sidney would like to attend N.C. State and major in either chemistry or math.

The Rotary Club of Clemmons congratulates Sidney for her accomplishments and contributions to her school and community.
