    Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

    • June 3 — Dog bites and attacks — 2000 block of Ashburn Lane, Clemmons. Victim bitten by dog.

    • June 3 — Larceny, all other — 8800 block of Desmond Drive, Lewisville. Subject took victim’s package without permission.

    • June 3 — FCSO, all other offense, animal related — 8700 block of Concord Church Road, Lewisville. Found dog.

    • June 4 — Animal cruelty — 6300 block of Jessie Lane/Clemmons Point Drive, Clemmons. Dog left inside of vehicle.

    • June 4 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6100 block of Quinn Street, Clemmons. Assault reported during domestic disturbance over family disagreement.

    • June 4 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 100 block of Ballyhoo Drive, Lewisville. Individual posing at reporting party online.

    • June 4 — Dog bites and attacks — 6600 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Cat bite.

    • June 5 — FCSO police service, information provided — 1300 block of Glen Oaks Road, Clemmons. Suspicious female knocked on door early in the morning.

    • June 5 — Suspicious person — 3500 block of Burnley Drive, Clemmons. Female rang doorbell requesting assistance.

    • June 5 — Found property — 6200 block of Arden Circle, Clemmons. Handgun found and returned to owner.

    • June 5 — Vandalism — 100 block of Oak Grove Avenue, Lewisville. Vulgarity spray-painted in roadway.

    • June 7 — Suspicious vehicle — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Person reported suspicious vehicle.

    • June 7 — Auto-breaking and larceny, vandalism — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject broke window and grabbed purse.

    • June 7 — FCSO, all other offense, animal related — 7100 block of Riverview Knoll Court, Clemmons. Sick raccoon.

    • June 7 — Weapons, other — 5600 block of Phelps Farm Road, Clemmons. Offender had a firearm while being a felon.

    • June 7 — Lost property — 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Reporting party threw away bottle of pills.

    • June 8 — Breaking and entering with force, vandalism — 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons. Subject(s) broke into business.

    • June 8 — Suspicious person — 100 block of Stonburg Circle, Clemmons. Subject p ossibly observed two males in her neighbor’s backyard.

    • June 8 — Violation of city/county ordinance — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject s et up to sell merchandise without a permit.

    • June 8 — Trespassing — 8100 block of Glengarriff Road, Clemmons. Suspect remained on property after being told to leave.

    • June 8 — Police service, assist agency — 100 block of northbound U.S. Hwy. 421/Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Subject wrecked while DWI.

    • June 9 — Police service, assist agency — 300 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Assisted SHP with wreck.

    • June 9 — Vandalism, discharging firearm, trespassing — 1500 block of Greenfield Estates Drive, Lewisville. Subject cut fence on property.
