    Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

    • July 1 — FCSO police service, information provided — 3400 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Provided information regarding noise ordinance.

    • July 1 — Dog bites and attacks — 6700 block of Village Brook Trail, Clemmons. Owner/victim cat bite.

    • July 1 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. A third party called in a public disturbance.

    • July 1 — Lost property — 5800 block of Sir Knight Circle, Clemmons. Person unsure if his IDs were taken or misplaced.

    • July 1 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 1600 block of North Ammons Drive, Clemmons. Suspect entered the unlocked vehicle and stole several items.

    • July 1 — Trouble with neighbor — 900 block of Loblolly Drive, Lewisville. Subject called because neighbor barely parked in front of driveway.

    • July 1 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 5800 block of Kinney Road, Lewisville. Vehicle missing a piece of trim.

    • July 1 — FCSO all other offense, animal related — 1500 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Stray dog.

    • July 2 — FCSO locate wanted person — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect arrested on traffic stop for OFA.

    • July 2 — Police service-assist agency — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Person found having medical emergency.

    • July 2 — Suspicious person — 5000 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Subject came into business, possibly scoping it out.

    • July 3 — Drug violations, transporting tax-paid liquor, violation of auto law-all other — 100 block of eastbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Traffic stop yielded drugs and alcohol violations.

    • July 3 — Trouble with neighbor — 400 block of Sunset Ridge Drive, Lewisville. Neighbors arguing over land survey.

    • July 4 — FCSO police service, information provided — 4300 block of Woodbourne Drive, Clemmons. Male caused disturbance at pool.

    • July 4 — FCSO police service, information provided — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. By reporting individual making hand gestures.

    • July 4 — Aggravated assault, discharging firearm in occupied dwelling/vehicle, vandalism — 100 block of Willow Trace Court, Clemmons. Bullet entered bedroom window while victim was sleeping.

    • July 4 — FCSO harassment, non-criminal — 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Man complained kid was harassing him.

    • July 4 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 600 block of Westleigh Drive, Lewisville. Subject believed someone had stolen his firearm.

    • July 5 — Trouble with neighbor — 1800 block of Ammons Drive, Clemmons. Subject reported argument with neighbor.

    • July 5 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 6300 block of Allegacy Way, Clemmons. Parking lot dispute over car door opening hitting a vehicle next to it.

    • July 6 — Shoplifting — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Larceny from Quality Mart.

    • July 6 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 3400 block of Gentry Lane, Clemmons. Suspect broke window and stole purse.

    • July 6 — Animal cruelty — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Suspect left canine inside of vehicle on a hot day.

    • July 6 — Found property — 100 block of eastbound I-40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Cell phone found in roadway.

    • July 6 — FCSO police service, information provided — 9100 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Homeowner wanted subject trespassed from property.

    • July 7 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subject alleged he was pushed during argument.

    • July 7 — Police service, assist agency — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Subject suffering some sort of unknown emergency.
