Cook Out Location Coming Soon to Clemmons

A new Cook Out location is set to come to the Peace Haven Village shopping center in Clemmons, according to articles of incorporation filed by Cook Out CEO Jeremy Reaves in early January. The new location will replace a Habit Burger Grill, which closed in November after a four-year run.

Cook Out will occupy an outparcel in the shopping center, which also features other popular food and restaurant chains, including Southern supermarket stronghold Publix and nationwide restaurant chain Panera.

The fast-growing chain Cook Out has already been sweeping across the Southern United States, bringing classic American-style food to customers. Its menu features a large array of milkshakes, classic burgers, crispy chicken and BBQ options.

Though the company is based out of Thomasville, the fast-food chain has expanded to more than 350 locations across North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, and Mississippi. The new spot in Clemmons will add to the more than 130 locations across North Carolina, bringing its popular menu to a new community.

Although it has expanded to hundreds of locations across 10 states, Cook Out remains privately owned by Morris Reaves , who founded the company in 1989 and whose son Jeremy Reaves now serves as the CEO.

Currently, the company has not announced when the Clemmons location will officially open, only that it is “coming soon,” according to the Cook Out website.

What Now Media Group has reached out to Cook Out representatives for additional details but has yet to receive a response. Stay tuned for updates on this location’s upcoming opening.
