Late-Night Tragedy: Female Victim in Cottonwood Road Murder, Suspect in Custody
DOTHAN, Ala (WDNews) -al Around 11:15 PM Friday night, Dothan Police were dispatched to the 2700 block of Cottonwood Road following reports of a firearm assault. Upon arriving, the crime was updated and confirmed as a murder of a female victim at the scene. Police quickly initiated a search for a male suspect based on a description from dispatch. The suspect was spotted on foot and arrested in the 1900 block of Cottonwood Road.
