Brock Feinberg has been camping at Clemson since he was in the eighth grade.

The 2025 in-state prospect (Wando) has experience playing on both sides of the ball, having played tight end on the offensive side and linebacker on defense.

“Clemson is best camp I’ve gone to out of every camp I’ve gone to, out of all the programs,” Feinberg told The Clemson Insider. “They for sure run it the best. They want it to be a camp to get better, not 40’s or agility, or all the speed times.”

Starting last year, Feinberg really started to focus on honing his skills at linebacker, and over the past 12 months, the rising high school senior has seen a transformation in his game. For that fact he had been anxious to get back to Clemson and show defensive coordinator Wes Goodwin how much he has improved.

“I went there and showed them my skills at linebacker,” Feinberg said. “I’ve lost a lot of weight, got leaner, and showed them that I could move in space. Worked all the drills. I loved it there. I love coach Goodwin. Good competition and just getting great work in.”

After the workout, Goodwin gave Feinberg great feedback and told him he’d be keeping an eye on him throughout his senior season.

“They said they definitely wanted to stay in touch,” he said. “He said ‘I want to see some game film from you.’ Last season my game film was with me 240 and it was my first year playing linebacker. Now it’s gonna be my second year and I’m 215, so I’m a lot lighter. So he said, keep in contact with him.”

Feinberg is originally from up north and grew up a fan of Ohio State. However, after being on campus at Clemson so many times over the years, he has grown quite fond of what Dabo Swinney’s program has to offer.

“I went on a visit there one time, coach Dabo was talking, and they make you feel like you’re part of the family,” he said. “You need to keep up with yourself, you can’t be lacking in your academics. Obviously, I know it’s a great academic school. That’s the number number one thing I look at in a program. And just how they make you feel like family. They offer beautiful facilities. It’s far enough from home to where I can become my own self, but close enough to where I can come home and spend time with family.”

Buffalo and Charlotte have both offered, with Syracuse also offering him a PWO spot. He is also hearing a lot from Minnesota, Coastal Carolina and The Citadel. Knowing he has one more season to show off how much progress he has made at linebacker, more opportunities are bound to come and Feinberg is hopeful that one of those come from Clemson.

“It would make me feel honored and special,” Feinberg said. “They don’t really don’t waste offers. They definitely know what they’re looking for and who they want.”
