Infielder Chase Harlan was selected by the Dodgers in the third round of the MLB Draft on Monday.

The Clemson signee, out of Central Bucks East (PA), went to Los Angeles with the 98th pick overall, which has a slot value of $745K.

“It’ll come down to the amount of money that’s right for me, financially,” said Harlan said in a recent interview . “I’ve already settled here at Clemson. I love it here. It’s a special place. I’ve got a big decision to make. It’s definitely one of the more stressful processes. It’s a decision you make for your career and what you’ll do for a living.”

Harlan recently posted the longest home run (453.4 ft) and second highest exit velocity (112.4 mph) of any prospect at the MLB Draft Combine. He ranked No. 112 on the MLB Draft Prospects list.

“I’m excited for whatever path I decide to take. I’m ready to take on both.”
