The preseason Coaches Poll was released on Monday ahead of the upcoming college football campaign.
Clemson checked in at No. 14 in the preseason Coaches Poll.
The Tigers are the second highest-ranked ACC team, behind reigning conference champion Florida State (No. 10).
Other ranked ACC teams include Miami (No. 19) and NC State (No. 22).
The ACC teams receiving votes are Louisville (95), Virginia Tech (64), SMU (47), North Carolina (6) and Syracuse (1).
Clemson (9-4, 4-4 ACC in 2023) opens the 2024 season against Georgia — the No. 1 team in the preseason Coaches Poll. The Tigers and Bulldogs will square off in Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Saturday, Aug. 31 (12 p.m., ABC).
