I guarantee that these folks are not 1st time buyers. They want to be within the law, but the leader of the lollipop guild, munchkin Dewhine will end up costing these dispensaries to close and send people back to the dreaded pusher man. The fact that the amount of sales the first week shows the economy is not that bad, since it's an all cash business. Help pass banking so they can have a safer business.
