well, if you're an older person using bill pay by mail, you'll have to plat post office Roulette if your payment will be early or late for the due date. too early before your paycheck to get deposited , you get bounced charges, too late, you get late fees. It sounds like you can't trust the post office anymore. no wonder they are losing money and grabbing straws.
