In the end the Cleveland Browns are eather going to renovate Huntington Bank Field or build a new stadium in the city of Cleveland the city and the county and the state are all on the same side and what to keep the Cleveland Browns in the city of Cleveland the Art Model law will be enforced if necessary. The Haslam's have not even purchased the property yet that says that they are not going to build a stadium on it or anything unless they get 50% funding and they is not going to happen the only way that he gets a new stadium in Brook Park built is if he pays for it himself and he is not going to do that all the Haslam's are doing is playing games and seeing if they are going to get public money to help build this is a it is the Brook Park project is dead because it to expensive for Brook Park and definitely the city and county and state don't want the Cleveland Browns to leave the city of Cleveland.
