Family of near-drowning victim asking for help as he begins the road to recovery
FARGO (KFGO) – The family of the Fargo man who nearly drowned in Little Detroit Lake is asking for help as he recovers. 24-year-old Sterling Buchholz was swimming on the beach in Detroit Lakes the afternoon of July 6th, and didn’t resurface. Buchholz’s uncle says dozens of people quickly formed a human chain and found him without a heartbeat. He was rushed to the hospital, and is still in the ICU.
