A murder suspect being held on a $1 million bail was accidentally cut loose from an Ohio jail this week because of a “typographical error,” authorities said.

Amarion Sanders, 22, who was awaiting trial over the shooting death of a Cleveland father, was cut loose from the Cuyahoga County Jail on Monday after a court clerk mixed up his case number up with that of another inmate.

The defendant that was supposed to be set free, Antonio Seymore, 35, was being held on assault and theft charges.

The glaring blunder happened when prosecutors opted to toss Seymore’s case on Monday after witnesses failed to show up for his trial at the Cuyahoga County courthouse.

Somehow, Seymore’s case docket number — which was nearly identical to Sanders’ — was then entered into the system incorrectly, authorities said.
