    10-year-old girl dies from gunshot wound: Cleveland police

    CLEVELAND (WJW) – Cleveland police are investigating after 10-year-old girl died from a gunshot wound, the FOX 8 I-Team learned Thursday evening.

    Cleveland officers were called for reports of shots fired in the area of 3200 block of West 125th Street just after 7 p.m.

    When they got there, officers found a 10-year-old girl with a gunshot wound. Officers at the scene started providing first aid and the child was rushed to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead soon after.

    No arrests have been made in the shooting, which remains under investigation at this time.
