    Suspected remains of Tammy Dubuisson, missing since May, found at Cleveland home; suspect arrested

    CLEVELAND (WJW) — After discovering the suspected remains of a 56-year-old woman who’s been missing since May, city police have arrested a man on an aggravated murder charge.

    Cleveland police on Tuesday afternoon served a search warrant at a home in the 4300 block of West 139th Street, recovering what they believed to be human remains. That’s near the Sherry Avenue intersection.

    In an initial interview, the suspect, 59-year-old James Drahos, of Cleveland, claimed the remains belonged to Tammy Dubuisson , who was last seen on May 22 and reported missing on June 19. Dubuisson was last seen in Cleveland.

    An autopsy has been set to confirm the identity of the remains.

    The case is still under investigation.

    Drahos now faces felony counts of aggravated murder and abuse of a corpse, according to Cleveland Municipal Court records. He’s currently jailed awaiting arraignment.
