WELL THAT WAS COOL: Tigers' Tarik Skubal, Riley Greene share 'the coolest part' of playing in All-Star Game

Game notes: The Detroit Tigers will look to stay hot again on Tuesday when they face the Cleveland Guardians for the sixth time this month, with four games still to play in July after this matchup.

The Tigers beat the Guardians again on Tuesday, 8-2, for their fourth win in five games against the AL Central leaders.

After having Tarik Skubal on the mound to start the series, it will be a bullpen-only game for the Tigers as they try and navigate their way to another victory over the Guardians.

Meanwhile, the Guardians will have Xzavion Curry on the mound to make his fourth start and sixth appearance of the season. Curry has been used both as a reliever and starter in his career, making nine starts last year in 41 appearances.

As a starter this year, Curry has a 5.68 ERA and an 0-1 record over 12⅔ innings, while he has a 3.86 ERA over 4⅔ innings in relief appearances.
