WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W.Va. — The march through The Greenbrier continues for the Cleveland Browns .

Tuesday marked the fifth practice day for the Browns among the scenic mountains of southeastern West Virginia. It's also the second day in which they can, technically, wear pads, although head coach Kevin Stefanski said Monday that it wasn't going to be a full-equipment day.

Still, it will be a full practice day before the Browns get a day on Wednesday where they're only scheduled to do a walk-through. That will be closed to the media.

Follow along here for updates on what Stefanski says before practice and what goes on during the workout.

Cameron Mitchell makes return to practice

Cornerback Cameron Mitchell was on the field as the Browns started practice Tuesday afternoon. Mitchell, the second-year pro, had been working with trainers during both minicamp and the first four practices of training camp.

Mike Hall Jr., Dawand Jones back at practice

Two absences from Monday's practice are back on Tuesday. However, there's still be no explanation for their absences.

Stefanski confirmed that rookie defensive tackle Mike Hall Jr. and second-year offensive tackle Dawand Jones both would be back Tuesday. They were not present for Monday morning's practice, but no reason was ever officially given.

Deshaun Watson scheduled to throw at Tuesday's practice

Whenever the Browns do actually practice Tuesday, Stefanski confirmed that quarterback Deshaun Watson is expected to throw. Watson, who is coming off shoulder surgery last November, will have thrown in all five practices the team has had at The Greenbrier.

Thunderstorms force change of Cleveland Browns practice schedule

The Browns adjusted their practice schedule for the second consecutive day because of weather. This time, they were forced to flip their walk-through and their practice times due to thunderstorms that arrived right before the practice was supposed to start.

The plan flipped to move practice from 10:45 a.m. to, tentatively, 2:30 p.m. The walk-though, which was supposed to be in the afternoon, was moved up to 10:45 a.m. and took place inside The Greenbrier's Sports Performance Center.

"It's just a little rain," Stefanski said Tuesday morning. "I mean, honestly, like I mentioned yesterday, it's easy for us as coaches. We just got to go to the next meeting. We don't have to be so responsible for setting up this field and setting up the video. So our group does a great job. You can't predict the weather, as I found out.

"I mentioned as a young coach, I was the weather coach for (former Minnesota Vikings head coach) Brad Childress back in the day. That is a very thankless job. You have no idea. Yesterday we had walkthrough. It looked like it was going to rain. and it didn't rain at all. So you just got to roll with the punches and know that you can't predict it."

Andrew Berry's day to speak Monday at training camp

Monday was general manager Andrew Berry's day to speak to the media during training camp. Owners Jimmy and Dee Haslam had previously talked on Saturday.
