    Really have to have your head on a swivel when it comes to driving in residential areas and kids need to be taught the rules and laws of riding in traffic. This sounds exactly what the word “accident” implies, no malice, no impairment and no fault. Someone needed to zig instead of zag. Let’s hope everyone’s okay and learns from this experience.
