Schultz says she used her head and kept quiet. It felt unwise to argue with a person wielding scissors.
‘Taylor Talks’ highlight southern New Mexico history
It may not be open yet, but the Taylor-Mesilla Historic Site has been generating a lot of buzz as the dates grow closer to the projected opening of the Visitor Center in the fall of this year. State police arrest former lieutenant for fraud charge
SILVER CITY, N.M. — A former police lieutenant turned himself in to be arrested by the New Mexico State Police. David Neil was arrested after an investigation into timecard and overtime fraud. He was taken into custody on Tuesday, July 23. Neil worked for NMSP for more than 24 years.
Sierra County Calls for Article V Convention
The trend continued today in New Mexico as the Sierra County Commission adopted a resolution calling upon the New Mexico Legislature to petition for a convention of the states under Article V of the US Constitution. Sierra County became the sixth to adopt such a resolution, joining Hidalgo, Colfax, Otero, Catron, and Roosevelt.
