A West Virginia hero was laid to rest on Thursday, though his funeral ceremony was nontraditional: everyone who showed up was a stranger. That’s because when 77-year-old Ronald Tittle died in the Beckley area on March 29, gaps in his life story appeared. CLARKSBURG, W.Va (WDTV) - A Puerto Rican man was arrested in Clarksburg after failing to report to a halfway house Friday. The U.S. Marshals Mountain State Fugitive Task Force, along with the Clarksburg Police Department and the West Virginia Department of Corrections, arrested Edgardo Quinones-Hiraldo, 35, at a home on Hart Street.
