Police: Cohoes man arrested for Clifton Park assault

CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. ( NEWS10 )– The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Cohoes man on Sunday for assaulting a man at Stewarts Shops on Crescent Road. Deputies said Todd Zehnter, 59, was charged with second-degree assault.

Deputies said Zehnter is accused of hitting another person in the eye with a handheld spotlight during a fight. Zehnter was issued an appearance ticket for Clifton Park Town Court on a later date and released.
