For those who may not know me, my name is Sheldon Wellborn. I was born and raised in Bosque County, where I continue to live and work today. After graduating from Iredell High School, I pursued my education at Tarleton State University in Stephenville, earning a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science. My passion for ranching led me to work at Bison Run Ranch in Walnut Springs, where I later became the ranch manager. I still reside on the ranch today and am very grateful to do so and remain engaged with the owners and ranch overall.

Over the years, my career slowly evolved and led me to the world of ranch real estate. Today, I am a ranch realtor with Ranch Connection, headquartered in Fort Worth. My goal here is to share valuable insights into the ranch real estate market in Bosque County, whether you’re looking to buy, sell, or simply understand the complexities of ranch ownership and management.
